Renowned Ghanaian journalist and writer Manasseh Azure Amuni has again jabbed the president Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo for his inability to fulfill his promises.

Manasseh Azure in his tweet referred to the president as a man who couldn’t even fulfill his promise to God when he promised to build a cathedral for the ‘Lord’ if he becomes president of the republic of Ghana.

He said Nana Addo hasn’t even been able to laid the foundation for the building of the cathedral since he ascend the seat of the presidency let alone fulfilling his numerous promises to the good people of Ghana.

A man promised to build one cathedral for God if he became president. After four years of being president, he has not built even the foundation of the cathedral. That same man has promised to build you 88 hospitals in one year, and you’re already complaining.

Manasseh also sent a a word to Ghanaians who are complaining about the president’s inability to fulfill his cathedral promise yet making a new promise of building 88 hospitals in a year across the country.

Are you the one who impregnated God’s mother? Or what makes you think you’re more important than God? That he can delay in fulfilling God’s promise and not yours? Anaa mo se Manasseh yɛ bitter?

The renowned journalist recent snubbed the president and gave credit to the immediate three former presidents John Dramani Mahama, John Evans Atta-Mills and John Agyekum Kuffour for the roles they played in ensuring ‘freedom of speech’ during their tenure of office as presidents.

This was after micro blogging site Twitter announced that it has chosen Ghana to be the headquarters of the company in Africa on the basis’s that Ghana has been a country that is promoting democracy and freedom of speech.
