The Val’s day of the year 2021 is approaching and it is a wonderful day where people celebrate and bond strongly with their special people in life.
There are a lot of happenings like outings, exchange of gifts and get-togethers among others. But then Nigeria is currently experiencing the second wave of the coronavirus and a young man identified as @YemieFASH subscribes to the notion that the Val’s day should be banned.

His reason for the ban is to help curb the spread of the virus. @YemieFASH gave his assertion on 1st February, 2021. He wrote on the bird app;
“I think the Federal Government and State government should ban all February 14 activities because of the high rise of COVID-19 infection in Nigeria”.
Just as expected mixed reactions trailed down his post. Many netizens sided with him saying it a good note to help control the virus though people continue to observe the protocols. Meanwhile, others opposed the idea.
