Google has announced a collaboration with the British Film Institute (BFI) for a rather unique feature that would be added to Google Maps beginning with late November that will allow users to watch movies for free.

The feature will allow users to watch tens of movies on Google Maps, all at absolutely no cost, as long as they solve a little puzzle from the comfort of their sofas.

Google and BFI will published the movies at various locations on Google Maps, and if you can figure out where they are, you can then watch them completely for free.

Google says it’ll publish a series of hints about all the locations where you can find the videos, and these will go live later this month as part of the Google Pixel Presents Mobile Cinema launch.

It’s not yet clear at this point whether the service will be limited to users in the United Kingdom alone, but as with everything else on the Internet, it’s probably just a matter of time until everybody else finds a way to watch the movies no matter where they live
