Member of Parliament(MP) for Assin Central, Hon . Kennedy Agyapong has stated that Ghanaians are naturally bad and need to be feared .
According to the Assin Central MP, when you send an item of 100 in number to Ghanaian to do a project for you ,he/she will use 40 for your project and use 60 for his own.

“When you send money to your family members to build for you. The cement you will provide, if you send like 100, the person will use 60 for his and 40 for yours and you’ll see the kind of building they will put up for you.”
When you complain, they will gang up against you and describe you with all sorts of names. Ghanaians we are naturally born bad so in everything you’ve to be physically present,”he noted.
