The Director of Elections for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Elvis Afriyie Ankrah has stated that they’ve detailed reports on the number of names missing in the voters’ register.
According to Elvis Ankrah the electoral commision did not meet with the party’s ahead of the voters exhibition exercise and there are tens of thousands name missing hence it wouldn’t make sense for the flagbearer, John Mahama to even be on the field to campaign.

“When you have an EC that did not meet with political parties before the exhibition exercise and when you have a register that has been badly compiled, with tens of thousands of names missing from the register, there is no point in being out on the field campaigning,”he stated.
“We are going to present him [Mahama] with detailed reports. We have detailed reports from every single region. We will meet with our flagbearer and decide on the next course of action.”he continued in an interview with Citi FM monitored by ghgossip.com.
