Ghana Election 2020: Political Activist Kwame Asare Obeng, known as A Plus has point blank told Special Prosecutor SP, Martin Amidu to stop wasting the prestigious office of the SP on former President John Dramani Mahama.
Taking to social media, the former musician said the Special Prosecutor is not utilizing the office as it was purported for. He believes the office is useless under Martin Amidu. He quizzed, ” How useless can an office be?”
His cause has been the on the report of the latest corruption investigaation report by the Special Prosecutor on the controversial Agyapa Royalties Deal, which he also fused in another controversial Airbus deal scandal.
According to Amidu’s report, Former president is the identified ‘Government Official 1.’ in the Airbus scandal.
However, the SP says he cannot interrogate Mahama because, Mr. John Mahama is under presidential immunity.

This has made A Plus to say “go get him to answer questions.”
He added, “So after appointing you special prosecutor, allocating the highest amount in the 2019 budget to your office, (GHS 180,160,231) giving you a fat salary, a huge office and many benefits, all you can do is to ask suspects to be bold and submit themselves? How useless can an office be? If the guy has done anything wrong, go get him to answer questions?. This is like police claiming to know armed robbers but asking them to be bold and report themselves. “What kind of stupidity is that.”
