A leading member of the opposition National Democratic Congress Koku Anyidoho has explained the reason behind his silence on the NDC during this campaign period.

The Founder of the Atta Mills Institute in an interview revealed that the General Secretary of the party Asiedu Nketia questioned a journalist on why he is interviewing a looser like Koku Anyidoho and from that day he decided not to speak on matters related to NDC.

“When Ofosu Ampofo’s issue happened, I went to the CID headquarters to show solidarity. While there a media person was doing a live broadcast which I didn’t totally agree with,I approached the journalist on that and in the process, he asked that I speak live on the issue. Asiedu Nketia asked openly who wanted to interview Koku Anyidoho and that didn’t the person know he had contested an election and lost?,”.

Koku Anyidoho is currently concentrating on the Atta Mills Institute which seeks to project the legacies of the late President John Evans Atta Mills.
