Nollywood actress and comic character, Funke Akindele has become the first Nigerian act to reach the 10 million followers milestone on Instagram.

By virtue of this feat, Funke moved ahead of singer Wizkid who has 9.6million followers, Davido and Tiwa Savage in that order.
Moreover, Funke becomes the second most followed Nigerian female personality with former Firs Lady of Marvin Records Tiwa Savage taking the first spot.
