Tech giant YouTube has announced the suspension of US president Donal Trump channel for at least a week after violating the platform’s policies.

The actions from YouTube suggests Trump is been blocked from all the major social media platforms as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram had all day suspend the accounts of the president.

A spoke-person from the company stated the Trump will not be able to post videos for at least a week and its subject to extension as the comment section of his already uploaded videos too will also be closed down.

After careful review, and in light of concerns about the ongoing potential for violence, we removed new content uploaded to the Donald J. Trump channel and issued a strike for violating our policies for inciting violence,” a YouTube spokeswoman said in a statement to the outlet. “As a result, in accordance with our long-standing strikes system, the channel is now prevented from uploading new videos or livestreams for a minimum of seven days — which may be extended,

The spoke-person also revealed the channel has already been issued a first strike that’s why the suspension is for a week. A second strike will result in a 14 days strike whiles a third strike will result with the account been terminated.
