I’ve not personally had any encounter with Sarkodie to determine whether the general perception about him that he’s arrogant is true or not.
But there have been lot of celebs and ordinary people who continue to tag him as such; the likes of Doreen Avio, Mark Okraku Mantey and Akwasi Aboagye, among others, have all confirmed that Sarkodie is indeed snobbish.

So over the weekend when the multiple award-winning rapper had the chance to to interact on Facebook live with his fans, he explained that he’s not arrogant but he simply doesn’t know how to respond when others shower him with love.
In other words, Sarkodie said he just doesn’t know how to respond to affection, suggesting he should be forgiven for this minor ‘deficiency’ about his persona.
His reason is a bit flimsy but let’s just give him the benefit of the doubt.
