In a sad report, a beautiful final year student of the University of Port Harcourt has been confirmed dead.
The lady whose name was simply given as Gloria died a few days after writing her first-semester exam.
Per what we gathered, she was a student of the Faculty of Agriculture of the university and before losing her life, she initially collapsed in her room.

At the time of this report, the actual cause of death wasn’t known however, posts and comments by fellow colleagues suggested that she died as a result of school stress.

Meanwhile, a a lecturer at the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) has been kidnapped.
This renowned lecturer was reportedly kidnapped by some unknown gunmen and per what we gathered, he is with the Linguistics and Communications Department of the University of Port Harcourt identified as Dr. Jones Ajuwu.
Per what gathered, he was kidnapped at gunpoint while on his way back from an event in Andoni Local Government Area.
He was kidnapped together with some staff of RSTV who were with him, however, they were dropped off after they were dispossessed of their phones and other valuables.
The incident was confirmed by the spokesman of the Rivers State Police Command, SP Omoni confirmed the incident.
This adds up to the numerous kidnapping cases happening throughout Nigeria. In recent times, someone is abducted in Nigeria with most of these cases happening in the northern part of the country.
