Recall the eloquent and beautiful estranged wife of Shatta Wale was called upon to read the entertainment news during the international women’s day edition of news 360.
While introducing herself to viewers, Michy mentioned her name as ‘Shatta Michy’ instead of her new name ‘Michy Gh’. This sparked rage in SM fans who took to social media to drag her by her edges for using the name Shatta when she had disrespected Shatta Wale on tv a few weeks ago.
Speaking at an interview with Nana Ama Mcbrown on United Showbiz a while back, Michy stated emphatically that her 8-year long relationship with the ‘1DON’ hitmaker was a complete waste of her youth. As if that was not enough, she added that she canceled the name ‘Shatta’ from hers because it has a bad reputation.
This was the reason she was heavily lambasted for reclaiming the name live on national tv although she showed class and excellence while presenting the news.
