The Electoral Commission (EC) of Ghana headed by Mrs. Jean Adukwei Mensah has scheduled to compile the newly voters register for December 7 general elections. The exercise will start Friday 18 September and ends on Friday 25 September, 2020.
This exhibition will give Ghanaians who registered their names in the new register to the opportunity to check and confirmed their names in the register. And those who will notify issues with their details will have the chance to rectify the mistakes.

The Commision has made provision for persons who may not be able to check their names at their registered centers on mobile phones.
The Electoral Commission compiled a new voters registration between June 30 and August 6 2020, despite a strong stand of the opposition party the National Democracy Congress (NDC) against the exercise.
Projections are made that about 15 million eligible Ghanaians will be captured onto the register.
