Ghana rapper, M.anifest has eulogized the late Ebony in an exclusive interview with Paley Martin of TIDAL, by describing her  as a leader of the ‘new school’ of Ghanaian artists.

M.anifest said, the late star Ebony was one of the leaders of the new school, apparently in reference to the new wave of young Ghanaian musicians who took the Ghanaian music landscape by storm.

The likes of King Promise, Kuame Eugene and Kidi have all been a breath of fresh air, spearheaded by Ebony.

M.anifest, being effusive about Ebony, said the Hustle hitmaker artiste ‘just had an amazing year out of nowhere.’

Meanwhile Ebony’s final funeral is scheduled for this Saturday, March 24 at the Forecourt of the State House.

Prior to that, a mega concert featuring all the major Ghanaian artistes will be staged in her honour at the Trade Fair Centre in Accra.
