Ahead of the finals which is currently live on Atinka TV, fans have started sharing their opinions on unarguably Ghana’s biggest reality show on prime TV dubbed Di-Asa.
The show is organised for plus-sized market women by Atinka Media Village with the sole aim of boosting the confidence of obese/fat women who are often stigmatized in our society whiles sensitizing them on their weight and the health implications.
Earlier today, we updated fans on our Facebook page about the show which comes to a closure tonight after weeks of exciting and intense dance moves from the ladies which received varied response from a lot of readers.
One fan’s comment caught my attention. According to her, one of the contestants, PM, real name Precious Mensah is not a good dancer yet she gets the loudest cheers of all.
Her comment provoked a lot of reactions from other readers and as you can expect many people supported and opposed her views in equal measure.
In that regard, majority of readers predicted that Gaza, the competition’s standout performer will win the competition.
Meanwhile, artistes billed to perform on the night include Wendy Shay, Patapaa, Article wan, Joyce Blessing, SP Kofi Sarpong, Borax, Gasmila, Sister Afia, and Di Asa hitmaker, Ntiamoah.
This year’s Di Asa will award the ultimate winner with a brand new saloon car, with the second-place taking home ‘Abossey Okai Matcho’ and the third, ‘Aboboyaa’.
Aside these prizes, the first three winners will have a sponsored trip to Dubai in addition to cash prizes.
