Ghanaian rapper and and CEO of AMG Business, Criss Waddle is arguably one of the richest artistes in the country. However, the Bie Gya hitmaker did not have it rosy when he was a child. In an emotional post on his Facebook timeline, Waddle revealed what he had been through before attaining this height.

He wrote:

“My mum and dad had a serious fight which lead to their divorce, my dad kicked my mum and I out of his house because his second wife from Germany had come for a visit. We went to live in a wooden structure owned by a lady who use to come to our family house to sell tomatoes, pepper, onions etc. to us.

Guess what my first experience about “no condition is permanent was at age 6 and that’s why I try to be nice and good to everyone I meet in life because same lady who use to have this Apampam store became our land lady overnight…”

Even if I make $5 million tomorrow, my mentality about respecting humans in general can’t change, I am mindful of the way I treat humans because whoever looked down on me years ago looks up to me now. Story of Ma life.”
