Maverick sports presenter, Countryman Songo has reportedly been fired for opening fire at the GFA boss Kwesi Nyantakyi during his famous ‘Fire for Fire’ show on Adom TV.
According to reports, Countryman Songo was stopped from presenting the show after he dug into his usual element and bie gya
Songo insulted Nyantakyi for ‘destroying’ the Ghana Premier League, because according to him, Kwesi Nyantakyi is to blame for the delay of the start of the 2018 Ghana Premier League, after Accra Great Olympics placed an injunction on the league.
Before that incident, the fiery presenter has a pending case with Mr Nyantakyi (The GFA President sued him for defamation) which was intervened by Multimedia Group so it’s still baffling that Songo could actually come back and insult him again.
In the meantime, former Kitz FM Sports host, Kobby Stone, is reported to have taken over as the host of ‘Fire for Fire’ until further notice.
