The heat of the forthcoming VGMA is getting hotter and hotter and we guess the D-day would be full of fireworks.
Patapaa had everyone dancing ‘stupidly’ to his viral One Corner song and want the organizers recognize his effort by giving him the topmost award.
Pundits and laymen have predicted that Shatta Wale and Ebony could win the topmost award whilst rubbishing Patapaa’s chances since many think his song is trash.
However the Swedru-based artiste believe he deserves the accolade. He told blogger Attractive Mustapha his expectation.
He said:
The Jury of Ghana Music that decides on the winners even danced to my song. They know how popular and powerful my song is so they can’t deny me artiste of the year and popular song of the year.
