Organizers of the Ghana Music Awards UK have revealed that Charter House has no hand in the organization of the annual music awards in the United Kingdom.

Alordia Promotions & West Coast UK say they have been the ones single-handedly organizing the music event in London for the past 6 years without the help of Charter House who are organizers of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards in Ghana.
Speaking with Andy Dosty this morning on his ‘Day Break Hitz’ morning show aired on Accra-based radio station Hitz FM, Alordia and West Coast revealed they have been patronage of the VGMAs for many years and they actually got the idea of hosting the award show in the UK when they attended one of the awards a couple of years ago.
Debunking the rumors that Charter House has been the ‘brains’ behind the Ghana Music Awards UK, Alordia stated “The Ghana Music Awards UK has nothing to do with Vodafone Ghana Music Awards. Charter House does not have any form of support, consultation, nothing like that“.
Meanwhile, the nominee announcement of the 5th edition of the annual Ghana Music Awards UK will be held on 22nd July 2021 at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel, Accra at exactly 7 p.m.
The awards has been slated on October 9th 2021, at East London, United Kingdom.
