It’s has always been a difficult norm to make an instant impression as a new entrant in the music industry but KiDi of Odo fame has exceeded our expectation.
KiDi’s real name is Dennis Nana Dwamena and he was born in 1994. He rose to stardom through the reality show, MTN hitmaker of which he won the season 4 2015.
He is an old student of Accra Academy and University of Ghana. Richie of Lynx Entertainment was very impressed with his performance during the reality show so he signed him after the show ended.
His song was chosen by America’s radio station America VOA,to represent in their shows together with Telemo by Gasmilla, Skolom by VVIP and Bleed by me. So far he has two hit songs making waves all over the country and beyond, Odo and Say You Love Me
In expressing what music means to him, the young man express his desire to reach a wide scope with his music.
He says:
Music is how best I know how to express myself. I hope I do that well enough to get me the recognition and acceptance on the biggest musical stages the world has to offer. I hope to take music as far as possible, the highest level.
