Tolanibaj made this known to Erica during their conversation which centered around her feelings and also about something Vee told her about Neo which she felt deep in her heart.

According to Tolanibaj, she would have snatched Neo if he was to be single but she can’t because he is already taken by Vee and each time she sees him, she controls herself by looking away.
