Artiste of the Year at the just-ended 3Music Awards, Dennis Nana Dwamena, well known as KiDi has said that he believes awards do not define an artiste but it feels good to be appreciated.

In an interview, KiDi revealed that although 2020 was a terrible year for most people and no one expected things to be that retarded, the year 2020 was a very good year for him.
The “Enjoyment” hitmaker said that he deserves t he recognition he has gained now because he had most of his songs making waves on the market. However, he said he is not bothered when such recognitions do not come to pass.
According to him, focusing on gaining recognition rather than the job makes the artiste loose his/her concentration on the job.
Also, the Lynx Entertainment signee further stated that it will be more appreciating for an artiste to be recognized for his/her hard work but for the topmost award, he is the only one who deserves it.
