New update from the unknown gunmen who attacked and freed some inmates at a prison facility in Imo State reveals one before died through the gun fight between the security operatives at the prison and the gunmen.

Some unknown gunmen attacked the prison facility and the police department in the early hours of Monday morning freeing some inmates and setting the two places on fire after engaging in a shootout with the security personnels.
The reports indicates the victim was an inmate at the prison who was trying to get away during the gun fight and was caught by a stray bullet.
Sources say Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma is meeting with all Heads of security agencies and stakeholders in the State to find a better way to deal with the issue.
