President Akufo-Addo has called for support from the Ghana Bar Association (GBA) as well as all Ghanaians to deal with lawlessness.

According to a Citinewsroom.com report, he expressed the intention of his government to eliminate impunity from Ghana.

He explained that the state would ensure the strict application of the law to deal with the breakdown of law and order in the country.

The president’s comment comes in the wake of a viral video that shows a commercial bus driver and his conductor physically assaulting a uniformed police officer in Accra.

The president, however, said he will not countenance the development and will act to stop it.
