We woke up this morning to hear another sad news has befallen the country. The report says twenty students from the Wenchi Methodist Secondary School who were on excursion to Kintampo Waterfall have died. It was revealed that a tree situated on o of the waterfall broke off an fell on the students whilst they were swimming. A storm was said to be the cause of the tree falling down.
Several others are feared trapped and personnel form the Ghana National Fire Service and the Police were there to save lives. Meanwhile President Akufo Addo and former President Mahama have expressed their condolences to the family of the victims.
