Afro pop Ghanaian musicians, Ruff N Smooth have modestly conceded that they were ungrateful to their former manager, Nathaniel Anokye Adisi popularly called Bola Ray in the entertainment industry.

This follows their take on the viral report that their star signee Ebony has abandoned Rufftown Records.

Bullet, one half of the sensational group has debunked that news vehemently but has added that there is nothing he could do to stop the Kupe hitmaker if she intends to leave.

In an interview with Empire FM, Bullet said:

“What didn’t we do to Bola Ray? After all that he did for us, we were ungrateful to him in the end. We finally left him. Most musicians are ungrateful. I’m one of them. It’s like 90 percent of musicians are just ungrateful.

So I will not force Ebony to stay if she wants to. We would just have to sit down and talk, then I bid her farewell.

Later, we went to beg him. I went to beg him. Akhan went to beg him. We went with our family to beg him. We were not fair to him.”

Despite everything, Bullet said Bola Ray gave him $10,000 to promote his record label.
