Adom TV’s Presenter Sandra Ohemeng, popularly called Sister Sandy has come out as winner of the Media Personality of the Year category at the recently held Women’s Choice Awards Africa event.
She won the award by beating 9 keen contestants in the category of the likes of Abeiku Santana of UTV, Akosua Sarpong, Anita Akuffu of TV3, Umaru Sanda Amadu of Citi TV, Akosua Ago Aboagye, Berla Mundi TV3, Nikki Samonas and Nigeria’s Nancy Isime.
In reaction to her win on Instagram, Sister Sandy in humility and gratitude, thanked all loved ones for supporting his Journalism career.
“I dedicate this to every woman who overcome hurdles everyday, every woman who dares to dream, To every daughter… to every mother… to the dreams of women who will shape the future of our country,” the ‘Bisa Dwom” She said.
This award has made Sister Sandy recorded the second this year after picking the TV Personality of the Year at the 7th Edition of the Scream All Youth Awards, that took place in August 2020.
