Nollywood actor and producer, Ugezu J. Ugezu has kicked against the call by colleague, Tonto Dikeh for the involvement of Nigerians in embattled Ghanaian actress, Akuapem Poloo’s case so that the government of Ghana will pardon her and set her free.

Akuapem Poloo born Rosemond Brown was sentenced to 90 days imprisonment by an Accra Circuit court for taken nak*d pictures with her son.

The ruling has sparked an uproar among Ghanaians and some Nigerians on social media and Tonto Dikeh has lend her voice to the list of Ghanaian celebrities pleading with government to set Akuapem Poloo free.

She took to her Instagram page and wrote;

One thing They always say is No one can tell a Mother how to bring Up her Child, it only becomes society responsibilities when you are hurting the child.
In this case i see no hurt here, Can i take same picture? No I cldnt, not even in the next life but Am different doesn’t mean The Act is Totally wrong when it’s in the privacy of your home alone.
BUT THE PICTURES ARE Morally Wrong? YES.
CLASSLESS? YES Sir but Not Bad enough to Go to Jail?
No I don’t think so..
