Controversial musician cum comedian cum politician cum everything, Kwame Obeng Asare popularly known as A Plus has finally made his intentions known as he announced that he would be contesting for the seat of the constituency chairperson of Gomoa Central in the next election on the ticket of the ruling NPP.
He made the announcement via a Facebook post. A Plus is one of the staunchest supporters of the NPP and campaigned tirelessly for the party in the last general election.
“Yesterday I met with some of the hardworking Gomoa Central NPP Executives. At the meeting I informed them about my plan to contest for the constituency chairmanship position in the upcoming election and other future ambitions. Thanks to all those who made it to the meeting. I’m looking forward to meeting with those of you who could not make it very soon.”
