A 50-year-old man identified as Isaac Kojo Boampong has reportedly been stabbed by his cousin by the name of Francis Brown in the Jasikan District of the Oti Region.

This happened on Tuesday, 13 April 2021.
The incident was said to have happened after a disagreement between the two which led to the sudden demise of one of the parties.
The case was confirmed by the Jasikan District Police Command who said that the suspect fled from his home and the community but a search party has been deployed and he has also appealed to the community to assist in arresting him.
He also said that the deceased was found by some of his neighbors at his residence, lying in a pool of blood with wounds on the leg and the stomach.
The body of Isaac Kojo Boampong has been recovered and taken to the Hohoe Municipal Hospital for preservation and autopsy as more investigation commences.
