The next group of stranded Nigerians in Saudi Arabia have l anded in Abuja. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, the Chairman of Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM) gave this update.

According to Abike, the 14 day isolation period will begin. Ghgossip reported that 384 of them arrived yesterday. This comes after stranded Nigerians packed in a room and a living in a poor condition surfaced online.

Their outcry moved the Federal Government to make their evacuation possible. The remaining 424 Nigerians landed in Nigeria this afternoon.

The Chairman of the NIDCOM however cautioned Nigerians to desist from illegal migration.
