The case involving veteran musician Ekow Micah, entertainment journalist Osarfo Anthony, Chris Handler-a blogger and Asamoah Gyan still lingers on. In the latest development, the 43-year old Highlife cum Reggae musician has launched a blistering attack on the skipper of the Black Stars calling him a liar and a bully for constantly denying he (Gyan) had an affair with Sarah Kwablah.
Reacting to the issue, Ekow told Kasapa FM, “Any ordinary citizen would have been jailed concerning rape allegation but the state did not even invite Asamoah Gyan and he is using his money to bully poor people.”
Sarah Kwabah, Ekow Micah, Osafo Anthony and Chris Handler are standing trial for an allege sekz video involving Asamoah Gyan. They have been charged with abatement of crime to which they have vehemently denied.
Meanwhile the judge presiding over the case has threatened to dismiss the case if the state prosecutor and Mr. Samuel Anim Addo continue to be absent from court proceedings. Lamtiig Apanga, the lawyer for the accused has prayed the court to discharge his clients since the case has suffered several adjournments.
