The annual Black Entertainment Television (BET) awards nominees for Best African Act have been released and surprisingly, no Ghanaian made it onto the list.
Stonebwoy and Sarkodie have previously been nominated on few occasions and have both won one apiece. However, this year, none of them was recognized although they keep dominating the local scene.
As usual, Nigerian artistes were conspicuous, Davido and Tiwa Savage.
