The company is said to be owned be an Evangelical radio and financial advisor called Dave Ramsey and is said to have being hit with a lawsuit after one of his employees filed a complain at court for wrongful ‘act’ by the company.

The lawsuit was filed by a former long-time administrative assistant, Caitlin O’Connor who applied for a ‘leave’ from the company because of her pregnancy.

It reads the company upon their investigations revealed O’Connor is not married to the person she is pregnant with hence fired her for engaging in a premarital sex.

The lawsuit also reveals there are other ten people who has also been fired for the same act and two people also fired for engaging in extramarital affair.

The company’s lawyers confirmed they terminated every employee who engaged in either premarital or extramarital sex using the argument that Tennessee is an ‘at-will’ state, so Ramsey is allowed to fire employees without cause or reason.
